Personal text
In this moment I am working with mathematical modelling and development of computational tools; two topics that can be considered as part of the backbone of Systems Biology. I am mainly focused in integrating transcriptome and proteome data to unravel biological patterns in posttranscriptional control. I have been working also with tools for metabolic flux analysis using 13Carbon labelling.
